The pricing for the Mull Properties during Tobermory Music Festival & Mull Car Rally are more than quoted above, please check with the office.
The dates quoted (unless stated otherwise) are Saturdays.
The prices for Friday or Sunday entry properties are the same as the prices for the nearest Saturday. All prices: are in sterling and are weekly rates.
Electricity: is charged at cost,  Grigadale House and Staffa Cottage electricity is inclusive.
Linen: All properties have duvets, blankets and pillows.
All of the houses, except W7, N4 and N3 have a Linen Service.
Linen Inclusive properties T1,W9,W10 are linen inclusive, the beds will be made up for your arrival with towels and there is no charge.
Linen Hire @£7.00 per person  This includes duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases and towels.
Hire no towels @£6.00 per person. This service does not include towels.
A Linen Order form (where applicable) will be sent with your Arrival & House Details. Please note that no linen is supplied for cots.
Please appreciate that dogs create additional cleaning. Therefore we feel that an additional charge must be made in all cases, so there is a Pet Supplement of £20 per week per dog.Normally a maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per let, but this is subject to negotiation.
Short Breaks, out of high season, are available in some of our properties. Subject to negotiation, the minimum stay is 3 nights at a minimum cost of £160.
The price for 3 nights is 60% of the relevant weekly rate; for 4 nights, 70%; for 5 nights, 80%; & for 6 nights, 90%.
 Future Bookings with Steading Holidays: Owing to the increasing popularity of our properties, we have been obliged to adopt a “First Refusal” policy, where possible. If you wish to make a booking for the corresponding week(s) next year it has become essential that this is done, & a deposit paid, during your stay this year. However, please note that your presence in any Steading Holidays property this year does not guarantee any future booking. Please call in at the Steading Holidays office in Kilchoan, or if the office is closed please phone 01972 510 262 & we shall return your call. We shall have to presume, if this is not done, that we are free to let the week(s) in question to someone else.
