How to book...
To secure your booking we need a deposit of one third of the hire money to reach us within 5 working days of making the booking.
To pay use one of the following methods.

For International Payments you will need the following codes; IBAN: GB15RBOS83201600679898 BIC code RBOSGB2L
The Royal Bank of Scotland, 6 High St, Fort William, PH33 6AS
Please use your surname and booking reference, so we can clearly see who has made the transfer.
Pay Pal and Credit Card
Please enter your surname, booking reference (if you have one) or name of self catering property.
Enter your payment with a service charge of 3.2% added. If you are booking from abroad the service charge is £3.4%.
You will be taken to the secure PayPal website where you can pay by your PayPal account.

Cheque, download and print the booking form and send with a cheque, made payable to Steading Holidays.
Alternatively fill out our online booking form.
On the form you will need to agree to our Steading Holidays Condition of Let.
Cash on arrival, for last minute bookings only, when there isn't time to clear an internet transfer or pay pal payment. On your arrival call at our office in Kilchoan, and we will process your booking.
Cancellations must be notified to Steading Holidays immediately by telephone or e-mail, and subsequent cancellation confirmed by e-mail or post. If the holiday is uninsured, regretfully Steading Holidays can only give a refund, if the property is re-let, minus a £25 administration charge from the price charged for any re-let. Alterntively we can hold on to your payment, towards a booking at a latter date. Holiday Cancellation insurance, when travelling within the UK, it advisable to take out a travel insurance policy. http://www.flexicover.co.uk
On receipt of your booking and deposit we will e-mail or post you Confirmation of Booking, showing the balance, and the date it needs to be paid by, which is six weeks before the start of the holiday.
On receipt of the balance, we will send you the arrival information of the property. If you wish all these details can be downloaded any time as a pdf from the property web page.
