Welcome to Ardnamurchan.
To find Comraich: as you come into the village of Kilchoan there is a Hotel on your left and then a church on your right. 300 metres further on take the turning to your right at the sign for Steading Holidays. Drive past the office and go over the cattle grid past two A Frames. Continue up the hill past Jack’s Ranch on the right after Grace’s A Frame is Comraich. The door will be unlocked and the key will be inside the house.
The normal day of arrival is a Saturday and the property is available from 4.00pm on the holiday start date until 10.00am on the finish date.
Please read the meter on arrival and departure, and leave a cheque or cash in payment. Make the cheque out to Mr. Winstanley (the house owners). The cost per unit will be clearly displayed in your house. The hot water, heating (if necessary) and refrigerator will be on for your arrival.
Full Linen Service can be provided @£7.00 per person. If you wish to order, please fill in the enclosed linen form at least two weeks in advance and send it, along with payment, to: Mrs A. MacLachlan, Ben Hiant, Kilchoan, Ardnamurchan, ARGYLL PH36 4LH.
The linen will include duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases, tea towels, and towels.
There is no bedding supplied with the cot.
You are respectfully reminded that any damages must be reported and paid for and properties must be left in a clean and tidy condition prior to departure.
If you are bringing a dog, please take extra care, as one or two owners have experienced damage from dogs.
We do not normally call on you during your stay here as we have found from past experience that timing for this can tend to be difficult, but do please phone your House Manager Annie MacLachlan, on 01972 510 244 or call in at the Steading Holidays office if you have any problems.
