House Description
This spacious croft house is on the water’s edge, convenient for the village jetty and the Ferry Stores.
On the ground floor: kitchen, utility room, dining room, living room with an open fire.
Upstairs: double bedroom, twin bedroom, bunks for 2 in a small bedroom and a bathroom.
 
To find Mull View: as you come into the village of Kilchoan there is a Hotel on your left then a Church on your right, closely followed by the Steading Holidays office on your right. Continue on this road along the shore until you come to the Ferry Stores on your right and petrol pumps on your left. Go straight ahead on the shore road and Mull View is the first house on the right. Drive through the gate closing it behind you. 
The back door will be unlocked and the key will be on the dinning table.
The normal day of arrival is a Saturday and the property is available from 4.00pm on the holiday start date until 10.00am on the finish date.

Enough kindling and coal will be left to take you over the weekend. There is coal in the shed and the price is quoted in the cottage.
Please read the meter on arrival and departure, the cost per unit will be clearly displayed in your house. Leave a cheque or cash in payment for the electricity to Miss Ball (the house owner). The hot water, heating (if necessary) and refrigerator will be on for your arrival.
 
Linen Service can be provided @£7.00 per person. If you wish to order, please fill in the enclosed linen form at least two weeks in advance of your holiday date and send it, along with payment, to: Mrs A. MacLachlan, Ben Hiant, Kilchoan, Ardnamurchan, ARGYLL PH36 4LH.
The linen will include your duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels and bathmat.
There is no bedding supplied with the cot.
 
You are respectfully reminded that any damages must be reported and paid for and properties must be left in a clean and tidy condition prior to departure.
 
If you are bringing a dog, please take extra care, as one or two owners have experienced damage from dogs.
