Set high up on the hillside, Ian’s "A" Frame has fine views over Kilchoan and the Sound of Mull, with the open hillside behind. Ground floor: entrance lobby leading to open plan living / dining area with separate kitchen and bathroom. Sleeping area with double bed and wash hand basin curtained off from the living room. Upstairs, single bed on the landing and twin bedroom.
To find Ian’s A-Frame: as you come into the village of Kilchoan there is an Hotel on your left and then a church on your right. 300 metres further on take the turning to your right at the sign for Steading Holidays. Go over the cattle grid past two A Frames, continue up the hill past another two A Frames, Ian’s is the third one on the right hand side. The door will be unlocked and the key will be inside the house.
The normal day of arrival is a Saturday and the property is available from 4.00pm on the holiday start date until 10.00am on the finish date.
Please read the meter on arrival and departure, and leave cash or a cheque made out to Mrs. Devaux (the house owner). The cost per unit will be clearly displayed in your house. The hot water, heating [if necessary] and refrigerator will be on for your arrival.
There is Half Linen Service @£6.00 per person (towels are not included). Unfortunately if the demand is too high, we might not be able to supply. If you wish to order, please fill in the enclosed linen form at least two weeks in advance and send it to: Steading Holidays, Kilchoan, Ardnamurchan, ARGYLL PH36 4LH along payment.
The linen will include duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases, so you will need to supply towels, tea towels and bathmat.
There is no bedding supplied with the cot.

You are respectfully reminded that any damages must be reported and paid for and properties must be left in a clean and tidy condition prior to departure. If you are bringing a dog, please take extra care, as one or two owners have experienced damage from dogs.
We do not normally call on you during your stay here. We have found from past experience that timing for this is difficult, but do please call your House Keeper Mrs. Linda Mackenzie on 01972 510 263 if there is a problem, or the Steading Holidays office on 01972 510 262.
We hope that you relax, unwind and enjoy your stay in Ian’s A Frame.
