» IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT HOW TO BOOK
Linen : All properties have duvets, blankets and pillows. Please note that no linen is supplied for cots.
Linen Service: Most of the houses have a linen service @£10.00 per single bed & £15 for a double bed. This includes duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases and towels.
Linen forms will be e-mailed or you can download one from the web site.
Linen Inclusive: the beds will be made up for your
arrival with towels, there is no charge for Grigadale House, Old Kilmory Church, The Byre, Dondies, Keepers West.
Electricity: most houses are charged at cost, the electricity metre is read on arrival and departure and charged per unit used.
Grigadale House, Old Kilmory Church & The Byre the electricity is inclusive.
A Winter fuel supplement of £20 from beginning of October to end of March can be implemented to cover the cost of logs.
Please appreciate that dogs create additional cleaning. Therefore we feel that an additional charge must be made in all cases, so there is a Pet Supplement of £25 per week per dog.Normally a maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per let, but this is subject to negotiation.
Short Breaks,
out of high season, are available in some of our properties. Subject to
negotiation, the minimum stay is 3 nights at a minimum cost of £160.
The price for 3 nights is 60% of the relevant weekly rate; for 4 nights, 70%; for 5 nights, 80%; & for 6 nights, 90%.
Future Bookings with Steading Holidays:
Owing to the increasing popularity of our properties, we have been
obliged to adopt a “First Refusal” policy, where possible. If you wish
to make a booking for the corresponding week(s) next year it has become
essential that this is done, & a deposit paid, during your stay
this year. However, please note that your presence in any Steading
Holidays property this year does not guarantee any future booking.
Please call in at the Steading Holidays office in Kilchoan, or if the
office is closed please phone 01972 510 262
& we shall return your call. We shall have to presume, if this is
not done, that we are free to let the week(s) in question to someone
else.
Cancellations must be notified to Steading Holidays immediately by telephone or e-mail, and subsequent cancellation confirmed by e-mail or post. If the holiday is uninsured, regretfully Steading Holidays can only give a refund, if the property is re-let, minus a £25 administration charge from the price charged for any re-let.
